We value your interest in John Zack. Your new garments should be delivered to your home in perfect condition, but if there are any challenges along the way please read on carefully. Below you will find detailed information for our shipping and returns procedures.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
You will receive your order anywhere from 3 to 5 business days from the date the order is placed. Orders will be shipped via Royal Mail. An individual semi-tracked number will be sent to you once your order has been shipped, so that you can follow the status of your delivery.
If you do not receive the number, please contact us.
Please note that we do not dispatch orders on Saturdays/Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Although we would love for you to get your order as soon as possible, orders made over holidays such as Christmas and New Year’s may be delayed as after your payment is authorised and verified, it can still take up to three days to process your order.
Please note that in order to avoid disappointment we recommend you purchase UK Next Day Delivery, if you require a garment ASAP or for a specific date or event.
DELIVERY CHARGES

All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT (20%). We can accept payment and arrange delivery to most UK, European and International destinations.
Standard FREE First Class Delivery for destinations in the UK is available for all orders over £50. Including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, IOM and Northern Scotland.
Please allow up 3 to 5 working days for delivery.
Standard Delivery across the UK is £4.60. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery.
Next Day Delivery (Mon-Fri) across the UK is £10. Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery. Please also note that orders placed after 3 pm will not be processed till the following working day.
Next Day Delivery orders will not be processed on Saturdays.
Standard Delivery across Europe is £12.00. Please allow 5 to 8 working days for delivery.
Standard Delivery for the rest of the world is £20. Please allow 5 to 8 working days for delivery.

Delivery costs are not inclusive of the price shown. This is determined by weight of final order and will be confirmed before goods are issued.
