We value your intetest in john Zack. Your new garments should be delivered to your home in perfect condition, but if there are any challenges along the way please read on carefully. Below you will find detailed information of our shipping and returns procedures.
SHIPPING & TRACKING
You will receive your order anywhere from 3 to 7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed.
After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to three days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.

It will be shipped via Royal Mail. An individual semi-tracked number will be send to you once your order has been shipped, so that you can follow the status of your delivery.
If you do not recieve the number, please contact us.
Retail: All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT (20%). We can accept payment and arrange delivery to most UK, European and International destinations.
Please note that we do not dispatch orders on Saturdays/Sundays or Bank Holidays
Standard FREE First Class Delivery for destinations in UK is £20 and over including Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, IOM and Northern Scotland.
Please allow 3 to 7 working days for delivery.
Please note that in order to avoid dissappointment we recomend you purchase UK Next Day Delivery, if you require a garment ASAP or for a specific date or event.
Please also note that orders placed after 4 pm will not be processed till the following working day.
Standard Delivery across Europe is £10.00. Please allow 5 to 15 working days for delivery.
Standard Delivery for North America is £14.00. Please allow 5 to 15 working days for delivery.
Standard Delivery for Africa, Asia, Australasia, Caribbean, Central & South America, Middle East £ 18.00 (please allow 5 to 14 working days)
Additional rates for International Delivery are available upon request and we use Royal Mail.
Wholesale: Delivery costs are not inclusive of the price shown. This is determined by weight of final order and will be confirmed before goods are issued.
REFUNDS & RETURNS
At John Zack we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If however anything does not meet your satisfaction, please return the item within 14 days for an exchange or refund.
Providing it is unworn and in a resellable condition, all you pay for is the return postage. For any additional enquiries please contact our on-line retail department on 020 7580 9512.
To make a return:
Please send the garment back to the address above and include a note with your first and last name, your contact details, address and outlining, what specifically you are requesting (exchange or refund).
The cost of returning the item is your responsibility. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures the full value of the goods and you obtain proof of posting. Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Returned items must be in a new and unworn condition. All the swing tickets and labels must still be attached to the returned goods and the items must be unused, complete and in their original undamaged packaging. All returns are checked before a refund is issued. We will not accept returned goods that are not in re-saleable condition.
We regret that we will be unable to refund postage unless the original item sent was faulty or incorrect. In the unlikely event this happens we will reimburse you the cost of return postage and if you want an exchange, we will waive the secondary postage charge of the correct item.
